Hey Friends! This is Emily from Hey Friend Design Shop. I’m back this week to share these amazingly simple Primary & School Teacher Thank You Cards.
The month of May and all the craziness of the end of the school year is in full force. As a mom of school aged children, I’m counting the remaining days with equal parts excitement and dread for the approaching summer. One of the items on my never-ending “to do” list is a “Teacher Thank You Card”. I’m certain it’s on some of your lists as well, and I’m glad to share!
More Great Thank You Ideas from Little LDS Ideas
There are so many darling ideas out there for Thank-You gifts and tags. In fact, here are a few more great ideas you might have missed: Primary Substitute “Thank You” Treats, “We’d Be Nuts” LDS Primary Thank You Tag, and this fun Thank You Kit Kat Treat Tag.
Teacher Thank You Cards Black & White Printable
Once upon a time, I answered to the name of “Mrs. Clark” to a classroom full of fourth graders. I loved teaching and miss it with all my heart! My favorite end of year gift to receive was a simple note of “Thanks”. As a teacher, there is something about a reading how you have impacted the life of a student that touches your heart. I’ve tried to continue that role as a parent, and share Thank-You notes with my children’s school and church teachers.
For this project, I wanted a Card that was a super simple BLACK & WHITE printable, with a few different options. So, I included three sheets, with two cards designs on each sheet. Two sheets have several different designs, along with fun sayings on each card. I also included one sheet that has a simple “Thank-You” with a darling apple so there would be a card to fit everyone’s need. I copied mine on Astrobright Colors, and cut each sheet in half. Super simple. Add a colored, or white envelope and that’s all you need.
As I looked at the bright-colored, printed cards I was so excited to think of all the fun uses for them! I think I’ll leave a pile in our Primary Closet (I’m in the Primary Presidency). The cards would be fantastic to fill out for Primary Subs, Primary Teachers recently released, or have the kids fill out for their current Teachers. They’d also been perfect to thank Activity Days or Cub Scout Leaders, or even to send to friends or family members! I plan on having my own children fill out a few this week for their Teachers and Aides at school.
I’m excited to use these Thank You Cards, and cross at least one thing off my crazy end of school list. I’d love to hear how you use them! Leave a comment here, or snap a photo and tag me, heyfrienddesignshop, on Instagram. Thanks for stopping by!
