LDS Baptism Printables: “I Like to Look for Rainbows”

Last May, over Memorial Day weekend, my daughter was baptized. It was a very special day, one that we were able to celebrate with family and friends. This was our second baptism, our oldest daughter, and I was kind of excited for it because I knew that I wanted to do a ‘Rainbow’ theme after the song, “When I Am Baptized”.

A month or so before her baptism I decided to create a ‘Mom & Me’ baptism journal as a way to help her prepare. She absolutely loved it, and I had planned on sharing it on here, but there were some things I needed to fix. As usual…time got away from me, and I never fixed those errors. Anyway, In addition to the baptism journal, I decided that I wanted to create some prints to display at her baptism along with some photos that I took of her, and beside the guest book. Here is one of the photos that we had on a table beside the programs and guest book. It is my daughter reading the scriptures with her favorite scripture.

I got to work, and finished the prints. I had them printed at Costco, and when I picked them up I snapped a picture and posted on Instagram. I think I wrote on that post that I would be sharing the prints soon, and guess what, yep…I never did. Haha

So today I am finally sharing these prints! And I promise that I will finish up my Baptism Mom & Me Journal as well as share the Baptism Testimony Cards that we had everyone use to write down a message to her.

LDS Baptism Printables

These prints are perfect to display at a baptism or to use for a Primary Baptism Preview or put them in a frame and give them to newly baptized children in your ward. I have included 2 different sizes for you to download and use (8X10 & 5X7). When I had mine printed at Costco, they printed a little darker than I had hoped, but they still looked great. If you would like to use my LDS Baptism Printables click the link(s) below. It will direct you to the image on a new screen, simply right click and click ‘Save As’ and save the file to your computer. From there you will be able to print or send to have printed. 🙂

Sheena, I was recently invited to the baptism of two young boys that I had taught in kindergarten. I do not belong to the church of Latter Day Saints, but wanted to take something appropriate to show the boys that I supported them. I used the rainbow and rain print for the boys. I was so happy to find something that would not offend them. Thank you for sharing!

    1. Dawn, I am so glad you found my printables and decided to use them for their special day. I am sure the boys loved that you came and supported them on their special day.

These printables are so darling! I tried to print them this morning for our baptism preview but it says “site not configured” when I clicked on it. Thanks for taking the time to make these!

    1. I am so sorry! I changed hosting and it must have not converted this link to the new host. I know you no longer need this printable, but just wanted to let you know that I have updated the link so it should work now. Thanks!

Hi! These would be perfect for my daughters baptism. However, for some reason when I click on the “I like to look for rainbows” print in either size the website cannot be reached? It just says error 404. Any one else having this issue? Maybe you could email it directly to me.

    1. I am so sorry. I haven’t been checking comments on this website as much. I have updated the link and added all of the files to a Google Drive. thanks so much!
