Today 2 of my 4 kiddos started another school year. Can I be honest….I was a little excited. 🙂
I’m ready to get back on a schedule, for the craziness of summer to come to a close, for my home to stay somewhat clean for a few hours (remember, there are still 2 at home, haha).
Today I wanted to share a bookmark I created. I created this bookmark hoping that we could use it to help us through those days that we need a little happiness in our life.
You know those ‘days’ that I’m talking about. All of us have those days where we just want to go to our rooms, get under the covers and go to sleep.
I know we all have bad days, but we all have different ‘bad’ days. BUT even though we all have different trials, we can all use the same thing to make those days a little brighter…
A couple months ago I had the idea to create a bookmark with several scriptures that would help lift us up…give us strength…and give us hope. I finally created a bookmark, that hopefully, does just that. The bookmark I am sharing today lists 15 scriptures that could help brighten our day. Here is what it looks like.
Some of the scriptures I have listed are personal favorites, while others are scriptures that I found that I enjoyed and thought others might enjoy.
I would love to have you print out my bookmark and keep it in your scriptures, a library book, your journal, a church manual, anywhere where you will see it frequently. If you would like to print your very own bookmark
I know as we turn to the scriptures to brighten our days we will be blessed and we will find our days becoming less gloomy and more full of joy and light. 🙂 I hope you enjoy my bookmark. Do you have a scripture that helps get you through those tough days? If you would like to share a favorite scripture that I didn’t list on my bookmark then leave me a comment and let me know. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a wonderful day!
Hi! I’m Sheena, the blogger behind Little LDS Ideas. I love sharing LDS Ideas and printables to help make your life and calling a little bit easier. I am a mother to 4 and a wife to one amazing guy. In addition to being busy with blogging and being a wife/mother, I am also in school. Studying and homework keeps me busy, but I love it. Thanks so much for stopping by! ♥
