I’m excited to share my 2017 Primary Presidency Planner Pages with all of you today! It’s taken longer than expected, but they’re finally finished. I have thought long and hard about whether I should add these sheets to my Etsy shop or keep them FREE. I know that some Wards don’t have much of a budget, so I have decided to keep my Primary Planner Pages FREE! I am so grateful for all of you, and for your kind comments. This is my way of saying ‘Thank You’ for your support. 🙂
I have had so many of you say how much you liked my 2017 Binder Covers, so I decided to design my Planner Pages to match.
Here is just a little peek at what you will find in my 2017 Primary Planner Pages. You will find:
Monthly Calendar Sheets
Month at a Glance Sheets
Jr/Sr. Primary Month at a Glance Sheets (for those of you who split)
Budget Sheets
Teacher Interview Sheets
Presidency Meeting Notes
2017 Calendar Sheet
Looking Ahead Sheet
and more!
Let’s take a closer look at some of the sheets included in my 2017 Primary Planner Sheets.
.
2017 Primary Planner Budget Sheets
Each Primary is given a yearly budget. In order to stay within that budget, it is important to plan and track. I have included 4 pages of sheets to help you with your budget. I have included a detailed budget, which includes 2 pages (pictured below).
I have also included a Simple Budget Sheet (one page), and a Budget at a Glance sheet (one page). You can use all of these budget pages or just one.
.
Month at a Glance Sheets
When creating my first set of planner sheets, I knew I wanted something that I could quickly glance at when doing opening exercises. These Month at a Glance sheets do exactly that.
There is space for you to write who is conducting and who is teaching. Then you have the Monthly and Weekly themes. I added a space for notes because you never know when an idea will pop into your head about your Sharing Time lesson or any other idea.
Below that you will see the Opening Exercises area as well as Birthdays, Baptisms, and Turning Twelve sections. There are 2 different styles of my Month at a Glance sheets to choose from. Those of you who have combined Jr/Sr primary will use my regular Month at a Glance Sheets, but those of you who split will use my JR/SR sheets.
.
Calendar Sheets
You have to have Calendar Sheets in your planner, what’s a planner without Calendar sheets? I have created Monthly Calendar Sheets as well as 2 different styles of my Yearly Calendar Sheet.
The Monthly Calendar Sheets have the dates filled in as well as a place for notes at the bottom.
That’s just a quick peek at some of my 2017 Primary Presidency Planner Pages. You can find my matching binder covers, HERE, and my Monthly/Weekly Info Sheets, HERE. I enjoyed creating these, and hope they help you and your presidency stay organized this year. Would you like to use my 2017 Primary Planner Sheets? Just click the link(s) below!

Hi Sheron! The files are zipped files because there are so many pages. Did you unzip each of the files? On my computer I just have to double click the file, but some computers you have to right click and click ‘unzip’.

Thank you, Rebecca. Glad you like them. 🙂
Thank you so much. I went from scared stiff to do sharing time to being excited. I was just called to be second counselor in our primary and was ask to do sharing time for the month of January ,right into the fire pot : ] thanks so much for all this exciting ideas. The lesson did give nice ideas but I wanted something to give it more interest for the Children. Thanks again, Laura
Thank you, Laura. Glad the ideas were helpful, and helped it be a little easier for your first lesson. I hope it went well. 🙂
Sheena,
You are my favorite Primary go-to. I love what you do and am so thankful for everything. Have you ever created an opening exercises sheet for Primary? Something we can use to write down just what will be going on that day (prayer, talk, announcements, etc.)? I am on the look-out for one.
Thanks again for all you do!
Hi Cynthia! Thank you for your kind comment. I’m so happy to hear that you enjoy the ideas/printables that I share. ?
I have created an opening exercise sheet. You can find it in my 2017 Planner Pages in the ‘Budget Sheets and More’ file. There are 2 different types to choose from. Thank you again, and Happy New Year!
Thanks!
Sheena,
Thank you for all of your beautiful work!! Thank you for sharing them with us!
I bought your primary planner sheets last year and they worked so well! I went to your Etsy shop to find a new set for this year. I was very happy to find them for free on your blog. Thank you very much! These are so cute and well organized.
Thank you, Angela. I am so happy to hear that you used my sheets last year and found them helpful. 🙂
Hi Sheena!
Wow! Thank you so much for this. I went on this morning expecting to pay for them from my own pocket, so to see your generosity in giving these to us for free is overwhelming. This was time away from your own family that you took to create these and share with us. Thank you so much for all your kindness!
You are very welcome, Julia. Thank you for your sweet comment. 🙂
THANK YOU SOOOOO SO MUCH!!! This was so helpful for me as I sat down at 2 in the morning to get ready for church in the morning. Aaaah you just saved me so much time. Thank you for being willing to share them for free. I know you have put a lot of your time into this and it has helped so many others.
Thank you!
You are very welcome, Jayla. I’m so glad that the sheets were able to help out and make life a little bit easier. Thank you for the comment. 🙂
I love all of your calendars and planning sheets. I am the Stake Primary President and would love to use these. I am wondering if you ever do planning sheets for the Stake Primary Presidency. I know that I am asking too much but these are so wonderful and it is just a matter of a few that we would use like meeting agenda, budget, Ward visits, notes, and leaving a feedback positive note to the ward or activity that we visited. We plan Great to be 8, Daddy Daughter Activity, Priesthood Preview, Baptisms and Blue and Gold Dinners besides ward conference. Thank you for sharing your talents.
Love,
Eva
Thank you for offering these for free! I have searched for just some simple calendars and simple planning pages. I didn’t want to pay for something I wasn’t sure what I was getting, but I was happy I could look through and decide what I needed without having to spend money. Thanks again for your service and talent! It was very much appreciated!!
merci beaucoup je très contente merci pour votre service et votre talent je suis de la Polynésie française grace à votre aide je pouvez aider les enfants de la primaire
Thank you, Titaua, for the kind comment. 🙂 {Hugs}
Hi I love these so much and was wondering if you are doing them for the new year? Thanks -Erin
Hi Erin. Thanks for the comment. I am planning on creating some new sheets for 2018. I don’t have an exact date when they will be posted, but I will have it done before the new year. Thanks!
I LOVE these! Will you be doing ones for 2018?
I am going to work on them this week. 🙂
Thank You so much for sharing these with the world! I just got called to Primary and plan on following your blog for printouts and ideas!!
You are very welcome, Jill. Congrats on the new calling, you will love Primary!
Have you made the planner sheets for 2018? They were wonderful last year.
Hi Marci! I was going to, and just haven’t done it yet. I was actually of creating a digital version. So many people asked for editable printables, so I thought people might like a digital version. What do you think?
Sheena,
I was just called into a Primary presidency and I used your sheets in 2015. How I wish you has 2018 or even 2019 in the works! Did you end up editing these? Or making them editable? They are truly amazing!!!
Hi Caytie! I didn’t create these for 2018, but now that all of my children are in school all day, I might be able to make some for 2019. 🙂
