May is just a few days away. That means warm weather is finally coming, summer is right around the corner, AND Mother’s day is quickly approaching. If you’re like me, I always have the hardest time finding the perfect gift for the special women in my life. Today I am sharing some great Mother’s day gift ideas to show your love on Mother’s Day OR  you could use this list to help you write up a ‘wish list for yourself. 🙂

As you may have seen at the top of this post, I am including several affiliate links in my post today. I have teamed up with some great companies and am sharing some of their great products with all of you. I promise to only share products that I would use or have used. Promise! 🙂

Have you ever visited The Dating Divas blog? You really need to! They have some really cute products (in their shop) and printables (on their blog).  The Dating Divas focus on strengthening your marriage, but they also have a lot of other great printables for family fun and special occasions.

They recently posted these adorable ‘5 Hilarious Mother’s Day Cards’ on their blog as a FREE Printable. They are great! I am thinking I need to print one and send it to my Mom.

Mini Mom & Dad Dates

In The Dating Divas shop you can find all kinds of great kits available. They have some great Mother’s Day themed kits.

One of their kits that I am in LOVE with, is their ‘Mini Mom & Dad Dates’.

One of the best gifts we can receive and give is TIME. You and your child(ren) will love planning their special date wit you with this fun kit. You can read all about it HERE, on The Dating Divas.

Mother’s Day Journal Gift

Another great gift idea from The Dating Divas is this ‘Modern MOMents Journal’. Just pair this gift idea with a composition notebook for the PERFECT way to share favorite stories, pictures, artwork, and memories.

You can read all about this great Mother’s Day Journal on The Dating Divas, HERE!

Today I am also pairing up with The LDS Bookstore to bring you some awesome Mother’s Day gift ideas. Every person is different, so it’s nice to have different options when looking for gifts, and The LDS Bookstore is a great place for LDS themed gifts. Here are a few of my favorites.

I bought this The Piano Guys for myself this past Christmas. I love it, my children love it, my husband loves it, my Mom loves it (I actually gave her this CD as well). We like to have uplifting music playing in our home and in the car. This is one cd that our whole family loves!

To read more about it, and to see a full list of the songs included, visit The LDS Bookstore, HERE!

There are so many great CD options to choose from as well as talks on CD.

Adult Coloring Book

Have you jumped on board with the ‘Adult Coloring’ craze? My children received fun coloring books from their Grandparents this Christmas. We have had so much fun sitting down with their books and crayons and pens to color in their books.

As you color in this book keep an eye out for LDS themes such as beehives, CTR shields, and the Sacred Grove. Once colored, these hand-drawn illustrations can be framed as art or used as handouts. Pair this book with some colorful gel pens or colored pencils, and you’ve got a great Mother’s Day gift that you and your children will enjoy. Take a look at “Reverie: A Coloring Retreat” HERE!

And you can’t forget the amazing books that you can find at The LDS Bookstore! Pick a book about Motherhood or another gospel topic for that special lady in your life.

“What Makes Us Sisters” by Bonnie Oscarson sounds like an amazing book, and would be a great gift for Mother’s Day.

You can find this book and more, here, at The LDS Bookstore!

And with any gift, you usually include a card. Here are some great FREE printable Mother’s Day Cards!

The LDS Bookstore has some beautiful Mother’s Day cards. Just visit their site, HERE, to take a look at their cards. Then just download and print!

You can also find some beautiful Mother’s Day cards over on my friend’s site, Teepee Girl!

Chrissy also has some amazing General Conference quotes that would make a great gift as well. Just have them printed and then place them in a frame.

She even has a great tutorial on creating a custom envelope for your Mother’s Day card!
